St. Paul, Minnesota, Jan. 24, 2019 – Meet Rex is sponsoring this year’s Inman Connect event in New York City and will be present at the Marriott Marquis Times Square Tuesday, Jan. 29 through Thursday, Jan. 31.

The timing of the event coincides with the release of two major new product features:
The first milestone is the launch of a new version of the company’s Zapier app, which offers users more ways to automate workflows and streamline the flow of data across web applications. “From the beginning, our Zapier app made it possible to send Rex review requests, which is at the core of our software. Thanks to Zapier, our users have been able to initiate Rex messages from a range of other web apps. The new version of our Zapier app extends that functionality with the option to send referrals received through Rex to another web application, such as a CRM tool,” Thomas explained.
The second major improvement in the software is the ability to read online customer reviews from various review sites directly from within the Rex interface. “Many of our users have requested this feature and we are happy to announce it right before the start of Inman Connect,” Thomas said. “Our software now gathers reviews from the sites that our users want to track and presents them in reverse chronological order on a dedicated page. This way, our users can ask their customers for reviews and track the results, all from one place.”
